WELCOME TO
THE ARMORY

At Brighton’s cultural center, the nonprofit Armory brings the local community and neighboring region an outstanding venue to experience the arts. Peruse our schedule for upcoming theatrical performances, musical concerts, dance productions, film, art openings and cultural programs. The Amory also provides flexible space for workshops, seminars and other community gatherings.

Located in downtown Brighton, the Armory once served the Colorado National Guard and the American Legion. While the exterior pays tribute to the past, the Armory’s interior is completely renovated, right down to a movable stage, state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems and comfortable meeting spaces. The main auditorium, community room, atrium and outdoor stage are all available for rental.

The Armory partners with arts and cultural organizations to promote projects and programs of artistic, cultural, educational and historical value. It strives to enhance public understanding of the role arts and culture play in creating a quality community and vibrant downtown district.

Help us infuse art into the community by becoming a friend of the Armory. Donate online or talk to our fundraising coordinator about structuring a substantial gift.
